SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping and appropriate sales tax are included in the price of all pieces.

We do want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, you have seven days from receipt to contact us for a return.  Customer pays return shipping.  Upon receipt by us, with the piece being received in the same condition it was sent, we will credit the method of payment used.  Custom and customized pieces are final and non- refundable.

We do use the United States Post Office for shipping.  Your piece will arrive in a padded envelope or a small Flat Rate box, tracking number will be provided.
